RETURNS

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made, customers must report the issue within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
• Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted for incorrect size or color choices, or changes of mind.
• Approved issues may qualify for a free replacement or refund. 
• Minor print placement variations and small differences in size within the stated tolerance are not considered defects.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a replacement may  involve an additional charge or the resolution may be limited to a partial refund.
